it didn't work properly, you can't skip through the video.. that part is messed up
 
I still suggest just using youtube-dl to make sure it takes the raw streams from YT.. I tested it myself on that video and you can skip through just fine
 
If you do use it just make sure youtube-dl.exe and ffmpeg.exe are in the same folder
 
edit: I guess it did take the raw streams BUT it did something weird with the metadata so now you can't skip through the video and have to watch from beginning to end.. and can't go back
