can anyone help me in choosing what kind of equestrian magic would correspond to the various martial arts disciplines: jujitsu, karate, ninjutsu, muay thai and kung fu.
basically i’m running a conversion guide between MLP:FiM and History’s Strongest Disciple: Kenichi
obviously the main character kenichi = twilight. now i only need the other noted magic users in equestria to correspond to the kenichi characters (based on their magic, not necessarily their characterization). the last slot is occupied by celestia because her corresponding kenichi character is a self-taught master (therefore no existing magic school/martial arts discipline). some of the choices for the conversion is kinda tricky (changeling magic and chaos magic can both be attributed to ninjitsu and/or kung fu (because of the various styles is lumped together in this scenario which look chaotic to a non-practioner).
