So, the story is about my Character, Carter this synopsis contains minor spoilers however the story begins several years after these events transpired if theres an interest ill make it into a story if not then thisll just get burried.

His talent is music, he found his talent about a month or two after his mother died to a rare brain disease, and his father died on the same day due to causes unknown, their deaths broke him and left him in a very broken state of mind for many years, and he ends up driving the friends he had away, they only wanted to help him but he was too far gone. and he resorts to becoming a hermmit for a long time, its during this period that he finds his talent. One day he was rehearsing one of his songs in the living room of his home, though, his window is open, and a certain rainbow pegasi happens to hear it, the genre of which is right up her alley, and Rd being RD Has to know more, and slowly but surely throughout the years they become very close friends, he starts to feel things again. (No Romance), and she eventually introduces him to scootaloo, and they adore each other, the three of them kinda become a family in their own right, and carter genuinely feels happy, but they dont really know of his past as hes never talked about it, nor does he really want too. Hes not at peace with himself at all and when theyre not around, well, hes different. Rainbow dash constantly pushes him to go big with his music and eventually he agrees and heads to canterlot, he strikes out but he meets somepony named Viridian, who is a changeling though he doesnt know this, shes a homeless musician and because of her interest in music he offers her a place to stay, this is where it would begin.

The focal points of this story would revolve around carter trying to come to terms with what he lost. And how far hes willing to go to protect his new family, and viridian, towards the ending theres going to be a scenario in which they will be in danger, and he'll have to save them. And hell have to do very horrific things to do so which will make him question his own humanity, As throughout the story he finally opens up and eventually hell find innerpeace, events will transpire and the ending will be very bittersweet. Carter will try find meaning when confronted with a hopeless situation, a fate, that cannot be changed, he will be challenged to change himself, he'll wonder what the meaning of it all was but he'll realize that nobodys meaning for life is set in stone, that its always changing and that it never ceases to be, and that it retains this meaning, literally, to the end.
