Alright. Personally, having watched the dub as a kid, I didn’t mind most of the edits because I didn’t notice most of them. Looking back on it, it was kind of a dumb show, but the Cosmo arc was cute and a bit of a tearjerker, at least to me. However, I couldn’t stand Chris Thorndyke.
 
Was it just obligatory in every TV show in the 2000s that was adapted from a video game to include a random human boy protagonist? Why was that a thing? Weren’t the anthropomorphic animals enough?

But if memory serves me, Sonic X still would have been a corny adaptation of the Adventure games (and a loose adaptation of Sonic Battle) if there wasn’t a focus on the human characters. Sonic would spend most of his time being kinda lazy and taking naps on rooftops, while Tails and friends are the ones doing all the hard work trying to stop Eggman and his cronies from getting their hands on the Chaos Emeralds.
 
Then again, it has been a really long time since I’ve seen the Sonic X anime  
_{Plus I haven’t seen the original uncut version, so I doubt the original version’s that much better compared to the dub}

I recall that Chris Thorndyke took certain scenes that were originally with Tails and Amy, which really sucks because he was annoying as hell, and unintentionally so.
 
I would have much preferred the third season if he had stayed an adult instead of reverting back to being a child for some reason.

reverting back to a child sucks (from a story telling perspective) also reminds me too much of that inazuma eleven go movie where the old members regressed to their old forms for no reason except probably reusing stock animation.

But yeah, he was a grown adult, and a significantly less annoying one at that. Why they decided to revert him back into the little brat he was in the first two seasons is beyond me.

That’s exactly what happened, yeah. Why didn’t they just leave him an adult?
 
Apparently, the reason was that due to the time difference between the two worlds, while ten years passed in the human world, only one year passed in Sonic’s world, which makes no sense in the long term, but I guess they really wanted him to stay a kid for some reason. My guess is that it’s because of the Ash Ketchum principle in anime, where every anime based on a video game that isn’t centered around human characters needs to have a human boy in the starring role.
 
And yes, I just pulled that theory out of my ass. What of it?

So my little sister is a big Yu-gi-oh fan from playing the card game , having a lot of the video games and Even watching the Anime
 
And Holy shit she was watching the current Yu-gi-oh anime and holy fuck it feels so different then when i last watched
 
As I left off at 5DS , Which was my second Favorite and was actually fully dubbed here in the UK
 
and this current one looks Interesting , Might watch
