Either an MP5 or an MPX. Plenty of 9mm ammo to go around, and as much as I dislike the round, it’s better than a .22, less recoil than intermediate or full-power cartridges, and can be easily suppressed. Pretty useful if you’ve bugged out to a skyscraper rooftop.

.45s are for wimps.

Well, the 6.8 SPC is suppose to even the odds with the AK, mainly those that uses the 7.62x39mm rounds.

You have a higher caliber rifle round pumping out an armor piercing slug with less gun power, chambered in a .40 where the 7.62x39 is a .44 vs 9mmx.22, it probably won’t be very accurate.
 
If they need something like this then shotguns are always an option.

Well, there are some AKs that outperformed any 5.56 NATO rifle.

One drops off early while the other loses energy at long range, it all depends on the shooter.
 
This is why I don’t like this round because the 7.62 already lacks enough power for long range.

I’m a big AK fan mostly because my dog was born the day after its creator passed away so don’t get the wrong idea.
 
I like the idea however of an interchangeable barrel for 5.56x45 should it be on the field, and this gun’s simplicity can take advantage of that option.
 
 
Now. The assault rifle here is similar to the one in Far Cry 5, and if you look at the muzzle this is in fact an AKM. I don’t care for this setup because it changes how the gun behaves, instead of having the devilish chuckle it instead pushes back at the shooter.
 

 
If you’re fortunate enough to play the first Modern Warfare CoD you’ll see a huge difference and hopefully listening to Slayer you’ll see it’s much more fun even down range.

The M-4/M-16 has a massive blowback system and was intended to fragment the round but I wonder how you know who would handle the 5.56x45.
 
7.62x39 might be an Aztec seeing as it’s shorter with more powder but that also means more overall barrel length.

I have never ever seen this one specific bullet before.
