Same problem, the spirits on the board are the same as the ones on the map…

Are there any spirits that go above 9000 power on their own, level 99 or otherwise, when they’re on your side? 10,000? I don’t think there are. What are your strongest spirits? Mine’s 8000-something.

Viridi: How did Bowsette get into Smash but not me or Waluigi?
 
Pit: Well she is a pretty popular charter.
 
Viridi: She’s not even a character she’s just Bowser with the Super Crown.
 
Palutena: True but she doesn’t fight like Bowser, she can float like Peach, she has a chain chomp that she will sick on other fighters. Her Final Smash has her putting Super Crowns on other fighters before attacking.
 
Viridi: … I think I dodged a bullet.
 
Snake: Bowser got some work done.
 
Mei Ling: That’s Bowsette Bowser used the Super Crown to become a princess, she has a chain chomp and can float now.
 
Snake: That thing did that to Bowser?
 
Mei Ling: and if she hits you with her final smash you will be wearing one as well.

Let me get this straight; You went bonkers over a pre-order because they sent your game to what I’m guessing is a game store (where you’ll just to come pick up) instead of your house?

Mine is Level 99 Beast Ganon. When equipped with other spirits, I get over 14k.

Uh, i think anything that upgrades at 99 gets that high.
 
The Upgraded Zygarde i have is at 9270 and that easily goes up to 11k with any support spirits.

My highest power spirit is Lv. 99 Big Boss at 12,727. Pro tip: If you want to get a little more juice out of your primary spirit, make sure their series matches the fighter you’re equipping them to. It gives the spirit power a 1.1x multiplier. So with Snake as my fighter, Big Boss hits 13,999. Guess Cloud’s out of luck.

So I haven’t finished Adventure Mode yet like I said I would before returning to this thread. (Some of the Spirit battles are giving me a run for my money.) But the reason I’ve temporarily come back is to vent.  
Now don’t get me wrong, I love this game. I’m gonna be playing it for a long time with friends and others. However, there are some things that have made me really, really, REALLY annoyed and dissapointed. Hopefully there are others here who agree with me. And I will spoiler tag all of my gripes for those who haven’t gotten the game yet.
 
So you know how I’ve been upset about trophies being cut and that I will forgive the devs if descriptions were made for every Spirit were available just like with Trophies? Well, THEY AREN’T FUCKING THERE.  
Even though I know that we could always Google search the character and their representative series, there was always a sort of charm and accomplishment when reading a trophy’s description. I wouldn’t have minded if the devs recycled a description for a character/item that got a trophy in a previous Smash game.  
I will never let this tragedy go until Sakurai has a change of heart.
 
I’m gonna sound like a really big n00b for this but why can’t Spirits be used in Classic Mode? How am I supposed to reach the highest intensity with every character without some custom enhancements to back me up? AND speaking of customs, why the fuck are the custom specials gone? Don’t any of you say that “it was because they all sucked”, there were some good custom specials and you all know it.  
I liked playing with and against custom fighters and equipment piece sets in SSB4. It made every battle feel fresh and unpredictable with how your opponents will perform. I can do the same thing with attaching Spirits to myself and opponents but it seems that the autopick will gravitate towards the Spirits with the highest levels. With how the game encourages risk and reward with using Spirit combinations with lower Team Powers compared to your opponents, why can’t the same be done with normal Smash battles?
 
||Its interesting how music selections for every stage are now tied to the series they represent but this means the options to play unrelated music to stages is gone now. Yeah, they’re under the stages that are under the “Other” category but that makes it harder to decide which stages to play each track on. The original and arrangement versions of NES games fit well on stages with retro aesthetic and Battle Scene/Final Boss - Golden Sun was fine where it was on Norfair.  
We seriously need a patch for the game that allows unrelated songs to other levels. I’ve seen Spirits do it to fit their battles but why can’t I for normal and online battles? ||
 
Lastly, while I do love how every character has a unique campaign in Classic Mode, I’m not a fan of how difficulty is handled. This is an unpopular opinion but I think SSB4 handled the difficulty in Classic Mode the best.
 
And those are all my complaints. Call me bratty, selfish and/or ungrateful towards Sakurai if you want but I find them to be some serious strikes towards a game that calls itself “Ultimate”.

My strongest spirit so far is Akuma, 13,235 total power with 7941 attack.

Well, I finally, finally, have a spirit (Alm & Celica) stronger than the one I started with (Deku Link), and it’s still only 8744 power. Equipping them with Viridi, Sheriff, and Fiora brings them up to 11,425. Looks like I can challenge 9-Volt now.

Adventure Mode seems really imbalanced. Krystal. 13,800 power, two opponents and an assist trophy. Add to the fact that no spirit ever goes over 9000 (I think Alm & Celica are the strongest, at 8744) and it’s like all the red jellies in Lufia are Gades. The fight is just that unfair. I could give a boss in RPG Maker 1 googol HP and it would still be more fair than Krystal. Hell, Ornstein & Smough and The Demifiend, simultaneously, would probably be easier.

Maybe it was intentional for Legend Spirits to have power levels those high due to their ranks? I mean, I tried to get Dr. Wily’s Spirit with Mega Man so I could recreate the battle it was paying homage to but Mega Man just didn’t seem to work against that type of battle. Irony is quite a bitch.
 
Still, engaging in Spirit Battles and how they’re set up are still fun as hell. I even got a laugh when I saw that Geno turned out to be a Legend Spirit.

So if RWBY got sprites Ruby’s would be red Sonic staring with the Death Sife.

Weiss would either be Luscinia with Auto Summon Black Knight or Zelda with a sword summing her Gurdin.

Legends seem like characters that are either major characters in their franchise, (Most) assist trophies, or characters that were seriously considered as playable characters, as there are lots of highly requested characters appearing as Legends

Kumatora and Duster are part of Lucas’s main party and yet Kumatora is just Advanced and Duster is just a Novice.
