My question is simple. Now that the milk is in the cereal. Is it a beverage, a broth, or a stock?

Beverage.
 
Broth is made my simmering bones, meats and vegetables in water together, while stock is done separately. I cook, so I know the definitions.
 
Also, milk is always a beverage so long as it’s in its base form. Adding other stuff either makes a different beverage (ie; hot chocolate), or it simply becomes an ingredient (ie; omelet).
