Go to The American Conservative and read the comments section on the articles. There’s plenty of disagreement, and not just from left-wing commenters; there are several neck-deep-in-woo religious traditionalists who have no use for secular politics in general. Even some of the articles themselves come from authors who are skeptical of or outright opposed to Trump, at least on certain issues.
There’s a certain space of opinion they’ll never move outside of, yes (you won’t find an article that appeals to atheists or those aren’t sexually prudish), but that’s no less true of the left. It’s overly reductionist to paint the right of the political spectrum as a simple hivemind of Authoritarians™ who all follow in lockstep behind their designated leader. It’s more that they tend to have mystical mindsets that make restoring traditional practices and values to the public sphere (or maintaining them in the private sphere) a top priority, over and above the basic materialist concerns that animate most people. As with most ideologies, their worldviews make quite a bit of sense
if you accept certain presuppositions.
