The Pokemon games have kinda drifted away from the “are you a boy or a girl” question and adopted a more neutral “What do you look like?”
Still only two genders though.
 
I’m just annoyed that the male character has maybe a third of the clothing options the female character has. If I want my make due to wear female outfits an hairstyles (or vice versa) then gosh darn it, I should be able to!
