Another Grand Prix begins, more datamine  

I just downloaded the Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 Bundle and the Lego Hary Potter Collection from the Switch EShop (they were on sale this week and I happened to have quite a bit left over from the last time I added funds to my EShop account).

This Pro Mission “Bowler” is going to be one annoying mission.

Finally finished Dead Rising 1.  
Could be the most tedious game I ever played in my life, all because the bad AI of the survivors, and because my mission to rescue everyone.
 
I didnt rescue everyone tho. I couldnt save the trio of armed guys inside the gun shop because I didnt have a photo of the vent entrance.

The sequels thankfully really ratchet down the frustration. Time limits are more forgiving, survivor AI is improved, more paths to choose on the way back to the safe house, more vehicles or stuff to ferry survivors, etc.

I loved the game to bits when it first came out and 100%ed it with multiple endings and all the achievements.
 
I will never, ever, ever play it again. Because yeah, fuuuuuck the escort bullshit of idiotic AI, and fuck all the hidden bullshit. The DRs after it improved a fair deal to keep the game fun and less stressful, though sadly too silly too often.

Warhammer Total War just put out a new hero, my particular favorite Warhammer Fantasy character no less.

To an outsider maybe. For people playing Otis is godawful and annoying. Literally almost everything you do will make you hang up, from climbing to using an item to attacking to being attacked. And if that happens Otis will add another line of dialogue for hanging up before repeating the entire speech. Which you can’t skip, and you need to listen to since 90% of your main and side quests are given from Otis.
 
It’s a shame cuz Otis is kinda a cool guy himself but damn will you have mixed feelings every time he calls.

Oh, I heard they improve it a lot in Dead Rising 2, which is a game that I want to play next, and with Dead Rising 3 outright erasing the time limit and turning it into a different mode.
 
I heard that Dead Rising 4 also took out the time limit… And many other things….

And the worst thing is that, if you are dedicated to the archivements, if you ever hang up one single call from Otis, you dont get the Transmissionary Archivement, which consist in answering all the calls of Otis without interruptions.
