I also thought that the plot to Fallout 4 wasn’t half bad. The protagonist’s shitty personal story is what weakens it, really.
Which is sad, because it’s essentially a higher-stakes version of the plot of Fallout New Vegas.

Yeah i heard the only character who no one cares about is the hero, but hey even BioWare has that problem with the Inquisitor, at least FO4s hero wasn’t stealing the past protagonists stories to try and shill themselves, sucks cuz the non human ones have some real potential there but it’s all wasted because of to many companions eating up line count and story opportunities,

My problem was
A: they never earned shit, i don’t want to just be handed everything it makes me feel like i’m playing a bad Sue,
B: they barely react to there personal lives, i seriously wish they could have just had Hawke come back and the herald be a second Player character, limited to Elf Dwarf or Qunari, and moved Sara Blackwall and Solus to the same deal as the advisers, and used the freed up space to let them have more scenes about the Herald so i could care about them, i didn’t mind most of the voice work, none of them were ME1 Maleshep bad,
My problem was
