You’re going to ignore the part where I addressed how illogical it would be for a highly elite military force to high a cross-eyed pegasus who can’t even deliver mail properly, correct? :D
You’re going to ignore the user five comments ago who said Celestia sent for the Dawn Knights, correct? :D
I guess that’s a way to look at it, it’s still cliche never less and some foreshadowing, even subtle foreshadowing would’ve been nice.
Think about it this way:
Clark Kent is a total clumsy fool, and Derpy is a total clumsy fool.
Superman is a badass (a boring one but nonetheless), and Mighty Derpy is a badass.
You know what, at this point I don’t even care anymore. The comic can do whatever the fuck it wants because it’s at the point to where it’s popular enough to get away with it.
To give credit where credit is due however, the artwork looks rather nice.
Also, “Ditz who saves the day” is the most overused twist in the book. It was either her or Vinyl to show up.If he specified that Derpy was a Dawn Knight, then this twise would have been seen coming. Also, Peter Parker is kind of a scrub in his secret identity, too. She’s the equivalent of an Undercover Spec Ops agent.
Also, it’s called ‘Obfuscating Stupidity’.
