Depends on how it’s handled, but few things in entertainment get me genuinely heated, I’ve learned to just go with the flow most of the time. To me it’s less stressful to get hung up on one particular detail, may not always agree with the direction of things and I admit I sometimes analyze things a bit more than necessary, but I’m a writer at heart and like to study characters and plot and see how it applies to us as people.
Perhaps Glimmer’s backstory is a bit weak but loneliness and desire for control in life are legitimate issues people deal with, some better than others, and Glimmy’s case shows how important it is to have a solid support group, how proper influences make a difference in our confidence, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.

If I’m to be honest, I was in the camp of those who didn’t particularly like the idea of her reforming, especially not the way it was presented. I had enjoyed the idea of a reoccuring nemesis and was disappointed we didn’t get that at the time.
But as time went on, I warmed up to her and grew to enjoy the dork we have now.
Actually I’m still asking myself, if they are back in the right timeline… It looks like, but it is real? Nah, just watched to much Sliders and read to much about Time Traveling. :-D
Pop quiz, hot shot! What would happen if all the timelines had collapsed into Equestria’s present, same time and place Twilight was when this whole thing started?
