laws are done to protect childs of course, they’re not done for exceptions, that I think they exist, as much as I don’t like the idea, I assume it can exist the case in that a teenage boy can fall for an older ma’am and she can fall for the guy too, and then well they’d be illegal in fact in real life we know few cases. Of course, law is to protect children but I’m saying here there can exist cases in that the child is enough mature and the adult isn’t real abussing the teenager but they’re actually in love, do I explain myself?  
Although yeah I don’t like the idea of teenagers having sex at all, less with adults, I still find this particular love story that ssparity would represent, although we still don’t even know if Spike is 13 or maybe 15 years old, I like their love story, this conssidering they both are fictional characters, with this im not saying in real life I’d support ALL and EVERY relationship between an adult and a teenager. Can you understand that, pal?

It’s possible the laws would forbid it, but you can’t possibly know that everyone would agree with the laws. There would absolutely be individuals (just like there are in this very thread) who find the idea of young love just fine as long as nobody is raping anybody else.

Assuming Applejack’s parent’s were dead before she ran away from home, since just letting their daughter just run off like that, and not even see her off would be MUCH MORE than just a minor parenting SNAFU, that would mean Apple Bloom and the girls would already be born. And Spike was hatched AFTER that. He was hatched the same time the Mane6 got their cutie marks making him younger than Rarity’s sister. And I assume the girls are supposed to be around 8-10ish. Note that this is all based off of assumptions, but it all makes sense if you just think about it for a minute.
 
The point is, Spike is very much underage, and assuming Equestria’s laws are like ours, both the laws, AND everypony around them would, “forbid their sweet love.”

I say 12 years old because that’s around the time boys hit puberty, meaning their bodies start to produce sperm, meaning they can technically impregnate a woman. By the logic of that statement from the forum you mentioned, that would mean it’s okay for a grown woman to have sex with a twelve-year-old boy. I’m asking, with this fact in mind, if you agree with that statement. I’m getting the impression that you do, so in more than a little concerned here.
 
Also, where are you getting the idea that 12-to-14 year old “snots fuck their peers?” The only cases I’ve heard of that happening are cults, child sociopaths, and fanfiction, none of which are great indicators of the norm.

under social laws, no. These 12 -14 yo snots fuck with peers and it’s not a big deal. Of course, older girls prefer boys around their age, but for sure many teenage boys want to have older girlfriend (and…vice-versa).  
Why you mentioned 12yo boy? Is Spike 12 yo in your opinion and absolutely not older? We don’t know precisely their ages (mane6, Spike, other ponies).

According to that statement, if the only thing needed to determine if a grown woman can have sex with a man is if he is capable of an erection and can impregnate her, than it would mean it’s perfectly okay to have sex with a boy as young as twelve.
