I was about to rant about them new writers continuing to plaster blatant human culture into ponies, then I read their names and I thought…That they actually sound good and are well thought too.
 
They look cute. Now let’s see how the episode unfolds.

They look more like husband and wife than father and daughter imo.

Their REALLY pushing the Pinkie and Rarity relationship hard, between the episodes, the comics, making Rarity practically the only Mane 6 who has a real solid and different dynamic with Maud too.

So they aren’t anyone who we’ve met before.

oh wow. believe it or not, i’ve actually been wanting mlp to do something bollywood-esque for a while now but i never figured they’d actual try it. glad to see i’ve been proven wrong!
