Damn it. That must be aggravating; he’s basically exploiting the fact that he can comment on the site via Twitter instead of making a Disqus account, which he had also done when they still used IntenseDebate. So even though they can ban him, they can’t permaban him.
@The Smiling Pony
He was also recently shitting up the comments of Silver Quill’s latest comic review on EqD (which contained both positive and negative criticism btw), so you can add “pesters comic staff, fandom analysts and anyone who says even one positive thing about IDW” to the list of his deeds.
@Background Pony #146C
He pesters the staff after literally any pony release be it a comic, episode, or book. Murrison will be there to bitch and whine like a toddler.
@The Smiling Pony
So he’s literally just a random fan, if you could call him that, who has gotten himself in the spotlight by being negative and overly judgmental? Great, that’s just great.
@Background Pony #146C
An ass that pesters show staff constantly, tells them their work is shit, that the “good old days” were far better, pretends to know everything about the show, and is generally just a complete pretentious asshole.
@thatguy
What’s even funnier is we all know Quibble Pants couldn’t possibly be a jab at Murrison.
If that were true, Quibble wouldn’t have believed the monster was real even as it was chewing his bones (he would have just blocked the monster on twitter for daring to challenge his views with inconvenient facts), or been able to pull the rod out of his butt long enough to make up with Rainbow Dash in the end.
I’m really not sure how you could interpret the episode as “attacking” anyone outside of “people who douchebags to those who don’t share their opinions”. Heck, the episode ends with them still disagreeing over which parts of the series are any good, but deciding that they can still be friends anyway.
