When she got Alicorned, in addition to the wings her horn was slightly lengthened, her height slightly raised, and she was given the “princess chest”, which is a bulge to make the taller neck curve better.
Since she’s leaning back, this bulge becomes even more apparent. And with the front of her rear upper-legs blending in with her body, you get the impression she’s a little weightier.
