I dont really watch the show anymore. I just draw this stuff cuz it pays the bills…just like the rest of the other artists on here lol
The diamond is a fan design from like, not long after the episode aired – before her actual cutie mark had been widely identified.
It has since appeared on some of Maud’s official toys, though. Which is pretty funny, because it means the designers just Googled “maud pie cutie mark” like you did, rather than ask DHX or their bosses at Hasbro about it.
I never liked that mark, personally. Seems too sophisticated for Maud. Honestly, a plain rock fits her character better.
Gems from Spyro are where it’s at, in my opinion. That’s just my preference, though; loved collecting gems in Spyro. Thinking about it almost makes me want to play one of the games again.
If you google search her cutie mark, that diamond thing pops up…SOO I just went with it cuz I liked its design…also it reminded me of Crash Bandicoot.
Well, next time you’ll know.

Indeed. Based on the peek of it that we got in her debut episode, Maud’s actual cutie mark can’t be anything other than Tom.

That is her cutie mark…isnt it? I looked it up to be certain and the first thing to pop up was that Diamond.
