I have a feeling the majority of downvotes are from people in denial. As a person with autism myself, I know the struggle. Autism carries a lot of weight, and a lot of people tend to feel ashamed of themselves and try to fight it.

As someone on the spectrum myself, I never actually have thought of Twilight being autistic or anything, but I identify a lot with some of her stranger tendencies and honestly, if someone from the show’s crew just up and confirmed “oh yeah, Twilight is on the spectrum”, I probably wouldn’t be adverse to it.
