Nah, she just has flat feet. I have friends with flat feet and 1: the only brand of shoe they can reliably wear are Converse, and 2: when they bend their feet back their toes pop up off the ground. On top of that she’s pigeon-toed, which is a common trait in super-athletic people, especially runners.
 
I don’t know if Pudge meant to draw her in such a fashion (and I really doubt he knew the thing about flat-soled Converse and being flat-footed) but it all makes an odd sort of sense.

The spacing is fine, I think it’s the slant of them and how large they are. I’ll have to tone em down a bit next time.
