Can’t say I’ve ever felt a “stabbing pain”. Hell, I’d rather appreciate having some kind of forewarning. It would be much better than my guts occasionally saying “SURPRISE!” mid-fart. It’s left me with trust issues. I have fart-based PTSD after all these years. PTFD.
