Ya, twilight has ocd, pinkie has mania, Rarity has Histrionic Personality Disorder (yes thats a real mental illness look it up), Rainbow has grandiose delusions, Fluttershy has anger management problems (seriously that mare needs to learn to not bottle up her emotions), so yea i am pretty sure the only one of the mane 6 that is mentally stable is applejack, cause she is just plain stubborn.

Do the EQG versions count? If so, all of the Mane 6 (Though Ponyworld Twilight the least) contributed to a nasty atmosphere underneath the stage. Though they did all overcome it. Then there were Rainbow (EQG’s) comments about “My band” and “My already insanely awesome guitar skills” - Until she said “Our band” that is.
 
Pony-world Rainbow got all sad over MMDW (Mysterious Mare-Do-Well.) She tried announcing her showing up when a cart was rolling down a hill with Ponies on it. (Though could the tourist on the cart have not talked to her? He made it take longer for her to try stopping the cart.) She also (maybe unknowing that it would happen) caused the dam to break when she patted herself on the back, though maybe it wouldn’t have cracked at all if she didn’t touch it.
 
So, is there anything else?

It’s funny, Rainbow Dash is the “wild one” yet who among the Mane Six actually has yet to cause mass terror? She’s actually the sanest.

Applejack: Mass food poisoning with cupcakes of doom!

Twilight: The whole city has a death brawl over a doll!  
Rarity: Beautification has never been so dangerous!  
Fluttershy: Not entirely responsible for wrecking the gala, but the stampede was surely the biggest contribution to it.  
Dashie: …got a little nervous about doing a sonic rainboom.
