Sure. The actual accurate quote is a lot less memrable, so I didn’t remembered it verbatim (and if you want to be 100% accurate, then it would be “we don’t have sex (in commercials), we’re strictly against it”, and then “we don’t have sex. we don’t have commercials” and then “but we have love”).  
But I’d say I was close enough to explain it.

I guess for context - it’s a refenrece to a quote from one of teleconferences between USSR and US. The original quote is “There is no sex on TV in USSR”. There’s also a much more famous misquote of it, that goes “there is no sex in USSR”, but I think this piece is referencing the original.
