I wish maudmac it were canon but the canon doesn’t matter anymore.
I suppose I’m just a little disappointed. I understand that MaudMac couldn’t be canon due to a possible accidental incest, but Big Mac has never been to her village or met sugar bell.
I’m beginning to wonder if Big Mac and Sugarbelle are Bright and Pear reincarnated and given a second chance at a love life without the tragedy.
Whatever could have killed the Apple siblings’ parents remains a mystery.
That’s just the thing, that isn’t a healthy lesson for children. See, the Pear Butter story had a lesson about not having your love held back by a dispute between others.
This episode taught that basically Disney type love is ok. No, you need reasoning behind it. Otherwise blind love will lead you down the wrong path.
Maybe Mac has a thing for unicorns?
I dunno.
But one may speculate that Sugar reminds him of his mom.
As to how they met? This is Mac we’re talking about. He does a lot of things offscreen and keeps a lot to himself.
How did they even meet? What was the chemistry?
