Searching through the last 2 months of your reports I’ve seen only 3 images that were missed being tagged image macro, and 3 that weren’t actually image macros.  
And all of them uploaded by a variety of people, so there’s nothing major to “take action” against any of them when it’s not common on their uploads.
 
If you want to discuss the matter in more detail, we can move the discussion to the forums or IRC/Discord. For now, let’s leave these comments for this image.

I did report this image, nine days ago, and you ignored it.
 
I have been reporting these images, dozens in the past few months alone, and you’ve been ignoring them.
 
Whether this kid improperly tagged this image intentionally or unintentionally doesn’t matter, because you aren’t doing anything about it.
 
It’s not enough to “sometimes” follow through on my reports, you need to actively seek these images out and inform the uploaders of the proper tags to use, because this process of reporting the images to you is demonstrably futile.

Out of all the images uploaded by this uploader, they’ve only missed tagging “image macro” twice in their history with the site.
 
That’s not actionable - it’s a mistake. Accidents happen.
 
Please continue reporting people who have been not tagging well - as you know, sometimes we follow through on your reports to the point that we’ve banned people.
 
In this case though the uploader just appears to have made a simple mistake, in which case adding the tag and, if you really think the uploader has a pattern of undertaking reporting the image, is the preferred solution.

I really shouldn’t have to explain this, but tagging this image myself doesn’t magically make it so I never saw it. Telling these kids routinely posting images I don’t want to see to properly tag said images might actually accomplish something.
 
I don’t enjoy commenting on these images anymore than you enjoy seeing my comments, but you guys have been consistently ignoring my reports for months, demonstrating that I can no longer rely on you to deal with these images yourselves. That you have only now bothered to properly tag this image days after it was originally posted and likely only because you saw my comment is proof of that fact.
