The first one can be explained easily earth ponies live a really long time is all. The second one is that everyone but Celestia and Twilight thought that NMM was a myth so they just didn’t expect her to actually be real, let alone look exactly like they had depicted her as. The third one I forget how it all exactly went as its been a long time since I watched the early seasons so I can’t really explain that well.
 
Most of the plot holes in this series are either easily explained with a little thought or really small and easily ignorable, people in this fandom tend to make a mountain out of a molehill when it comes to that stuff.

Canon in MLP is tenuous at best anyway. Remember when Ponyville had been doing winter wrap up for hundreds of years, but Granny Smith was around for its founding? Remember when everyone didn’t recognize Nightmare Moon, but they have a yearly holiday dedicated to her along with a statue in town? Remember when Twilight read a story about Celestia having a sister, and then literally the next episode went, “Nightmare Moon was your sister?!” Yeah, the writers aren’t good with that continuity thing.

A lot of it was from leaked stuff that I can no longer find and it was some time ago. One of the things that come to mind that I felt would have ended up being stifling would have been having Ponies from Canterlot, Manehatten and the like (Rich places/ponies in general) being only snobbish jerks with no redeeming qualities and her not wanting to budge on that no matter what.
 
The CMC never getting their cutie marks because she wanted that spin-off show is another thing

I can think of her intentions to make Nightmare Moon’s arc last the whole season, the cartoon would’ve been a lot more adventure-focused, that the original idea in Applebuck Season is that AJ would be ‘off’ due to slamming her head on the trees, and that there would only be two alicorns (or that at least Cadance would be a pegasus).

From what I recall of what we know about her plans I honestly think that a lot of people who think they would have loved everything she did would have ended up hating most of it. Some of it was interesting but other things would have heavily stifled what they could do with the setting.

Honestly, I don’t think there was any scenario she stayed in. If Faust had kept her way, the show would have ended after the 3rd season, but producers and such definitely would have argued against it and such, leading to her eventual leave anyway.

I wonder if the show would be much different had she stayed on, other than a few details. I mean, Twilight could be exactly where she is now, even not being a princess or an alicorn.

So your “Proof” is litterly a word of god argument? you do realize Word of God is not canon right and is just offcial headcanon but doesnt mean it has any baring on the show.
 
the writers have every single right to disregard it, even disregarding what other writers in their same group have stated as none of it is canon unless showing up in the show.

Grogar is not and never was a Necromancer. They might make him one in G4 but in G1 it was never said he was a necromancer anywhere in Return of Tambelon. Nor was it even implied, I have watched that story like 3 times.
 
The necromancer thing is an old G1 Fanon thing, and even with that, I’m not 100% sure. It could also just be something that someone made up on an obscure wiki called Villians wiki which most of the stuff on it seems to be made up. Or at the very least based off some collective fanfiction or old form roleplay thing.

What DID Lauren wanted in the first place?….
