Description

First time trying digital. Couldn’t figure out how to make the pen not “blend” colors in Firealpaca. I think this is the T H I C C est I’ve ever drawn Sierra, or anypony for that matter. Any advice for future drawings?

Couldn’t figure out how to make the pen not “blend” colors in Firealpaca
I’m not familiar with that program, but if there is an option to toggle anti-aliasing, turn it off. If you are not familiar with anti-aliasing, this is a very quick and accurate explanation of what it is. If you want a sharper image that is not anti-aliased, increase the canvas size and your brush size.
 
Always–like you did with this image–use the .PNG file format when you upload images, as it is a lot less blurry when it’s created than .JPEG images.
 
Also, you may want to consider getting an artist tag. If you want to do this, just click here, and when you receive a verification link, just copy-and-paste it into your profile description until you receive the artist badge.
