Description: Perry is an anomaly to say the least. He’s got hooves as his forearms (forefeet??), and wolfish paws for his hind legs.  
To add to the freak factor, the guy has wings that are half-formed. The tip to middle of his wings are some type of bat or dragon like wing, and from the middle to his body, the wings are coated in soft fluffy feathers. Perry was born with pink fluffy wings, but then half way through life he began to molt his feathers, and after the molt, some just never came back. Maybe his wings are doing some sort of very long metamorphosis. Do to this, Perry cannot very well fly, so he mainly glides, flying takes a lot more energy for him do to the the form of his wings, so he cannot do it for long periods of time. He mostly remains on the ground and uses his given limbs for transportation.
 
Perry also has a long skinny tail, covered in a light coat of fur, and at the very tip protrudes a lightning bolt-shaped tail tip. It’s kinda of sharp, almost like a scorpions tail, and can also produce a flickering light, whenever Perry feels a strong and happy emotion, like love, or bliss. He antennae have the same effect for the most part, nix the sharpness of the tail.
