It is common for Ravenclaw to be rife with political jockeying, stealing of/taking credit for the ideas/theories/ work/achievements of others to gain prestige, as well as constant rivalries which impedes progress. Ironicly, there is a story about how Ravenclaw tried to claim a legendary Hufflepuff wizard was from Ravenclaw.
I was really disappointed when I heard Ravenclaw is like this, because I like what Ravenclaw is supposed to represent, that being intelligence, wisdom, wit and learning. If it was any of those things the house wouldn’t be the way it was. It’s for these reasons I considered Slytherin as an alternative.
Having to answer a vague riddle in order to get into the dormitory is really backwards and stupid as well. Riddles have never been a good way to show how intelligent of witty someone is, as a riddle might only make sense in the mind of it’s creator.

Wow. I never thought Ravenclaw would be such hypocrits. Also, i don’t think Trixie would hate to be in Hufflepuff because of the name itself that’s just stupid. I think she would be happy in Slytherin because it is the house of special and great witches and wizards.
You probably think Trixie would hate Hufflepuff because of the name. Hufflepuff is the house most associated with hard work, strong work ethic, determination, entertainers, trade and commerce, craftsmen, industry and innovation. It is common for many successful self-made men and women in business and industry to come from Hufflepuff, which is something it has in common with Slytherin. Hufflepuff tends to get overlooked by readers/viewers because of the name and because it’s heraldry has a Badger on it.
I think I’d be more relevant to Ravenclaw or Slytherin myself. It’s odd though that Ravenclaw has more backstabbing, cheating and politics in it than Slytherin, which is the only thing I hate about Ravenclaw. Those things are hardly becoming of those supposed to be men and women of “Wisdom” now, is it?

Yyeeahh, I can only imagine how frustrated Trixie would be if she was sorted into Hufflepuff. And if she was sorted into Slytherin, like me, she would become the happiest and proudest girl in the world. Sunset is great as a Slytherin and even today i consider her as one. I’m a Harry Potter fan, by the way.

You’ll make your real friends,
Those cunning folk use any means,
To achieve their ends.”
Me, neither. It’s a great picture, though =D
