Human Flare Spark has the same personality as her pony self, and is among the most popular students at Canterlot High School. She wears a black jacket, white undershirt, blue shorts, sometimes jeans, and wears big black boots. She’s a mix of Sunset Shimmer and Flash Sentry, and no, she’s not the child of the two, she is the same age, but obviously a different character than the rest of the girls. She’s tough, knows martial arts, works on her car (a hot rod), a gymanist, and yoga master. In my own version of the Equestria Girls timeline, Flare was a student that came in after the events of the movies and specials, and is set to be a new character within the franchise (Flash Sentry apparently moved away and graduated early from Canterlot High due to the fact he was still not over Princess Twilght Sparkle and moving on, but he does by saying good-bye to the girls and Sunset Shimmer). Flare met the human Mane 7 right after Flash left, and revealed to Sunset that she is his cousin. Flare said to the others that she heard everything about what happened at Canterlot High School in the past year from Sunset being defeated by Princess Twilight to defeating the Dazzlings, Sci-Twi and the Friendship Games, Camp Everfree, plus the events of the first three specials, as well as “Forgotten Friendship” and “Rollercoaster of Friendship”. She makes her first appearence and be part of the group after the 2019 Equestria Girls special which is called “The Other Side”. She knows all about music and she comes from a family of musicians, plus has her own electric guitar to play with the Rainbooms. She knows every band in the EG world and plans on being co-manager with Sunset Shimmer. Sunset and Flare also share a lot in common that they end up sharing the same journal to write to Princess Twilight Sparkle and go to Equestria on occasions and meet the Mane 7 (including Starlight Glimmer) and Spike, who by Season 8 grew wings. Flare Spark is among the smartest girls in the group and will do anything to make sure they save the day. Since she is the element of Respect, she demands that her friends and adversaries know that respect for others is one of the elements of Friendship. Her superpower when ponied up is restoration.
