Thank you. I dislike how hypocritical and hateful some of the people on Tumblr are but they’re honestly a vocal minority. I’ve met a lot of nice people there too as well as lots of people there who actively shunned and called out the people there that were toxic.

I agree with you there I use tumblr to and it’s not the SJW’s swarm its made out to be and a lot of people on tumblr hate them as well and call them out when there speaking nonsense

But its not the SJW hug box everyone makes it out to be.

People keep bitching on about SJWs and all that, but they are a minute section of the ultimate whole of tumblr.
 
Honestly I never found Tumblr culture that bad, I just blocked the drama causing blogs and that was it, didn’t even notice a drop in the amount of content I could see because most of the people who complain about stuff were separate from the people who actually make fanart and theory posts.
 
Like, no one has ever actually been able to show me proof that tumblr is some sort of SJW hellscape beyond bringing up a few stories about a few crazies doing crazy things and pretending those crazies are the entire website, or some post from a small-time blog with less than 100 notes that I’m supposed to take as a representative sample of the tens of thousands large userbase. Honestly it’s like the anti-tumblr crowd goes out of their way to find things that offend them om tumblr just so they can enjoy the feeling of being offended and outraged at the evil SJWs.

The pony community on Tumblr wasn’t like that nor some of the other fandom communities on there.

I keep seeing people trying to “Save Tumbler” Why try to save Tumbler? This is a free market and they’ve done it to themselves. The bosses MUST have known how this would go down.

Not just that they are being infested by SJWs and ideologues, but many of the artists tend to be jerks?

I’m not going to miss Tumblr. It’s a shame what they did to the artists, but the community as a whole is just a sewer. I don’t know whether I’d prefer Tumblr to die entirely or to cling to undeath and limp along as the Internet’s sjw quarantine zone.
