But what got me into the show in the first place was the Dash vs Starscream death battle

So looking back on this long journey of a show. What was the first MLP episode you guys ever saw?
 
The first one I saw was Pony Point Of View. It was a little confusing because the characters changed their personalities, but it gave me a glimpse into how fun the ponies were.
 
P. P. O. V was the episode that turned me into a brony! Fluffy cuteness awakened inside me! Like a cute fuzzy volcano of passion! I also found the ponies oddly arousing…!
 
How about you guys? Got an episode that’s dear to your heart?

I refuse to believe that season 9 is the last one until Hasbro comes out and say it.

If you mean it’ll suck emotionally if it’s the last one, I agree.  
But season 8 was fantastic, so there’s no indication it’ll be bad.

MLP FiM will end eventually. (Whether it’s season 9 or not is still up in the air)  
But MLP will continue. After all, it didn’t end with G1, G2, or G3.  
It won’t end when G4 does.

Seasons 4-8 were far better than the first 3, what are you talking about?

I really don’t mind either way. All good things must come to an end.

Probably most likely.

G5 will lose viewership and they’ll backpedal after 1 or 2 seasons.  
Atleast IDW will continue G4. :^)

Well those leaks came with unfinished clips of MLP S8, so ya never know.
 
Plus Hasbro restarts the franchise every decade
 
G1: 80s  
G2: 90s  
G3: 2000s  
G4: 2010s
 
So if they follow the trend, then G5 will be out next year

The only place MLP is going to exist after this is in the fandom. But hey, look at the bright side, this may give bronies a chance to make something really awesome! Like a fan made film.
 
If someone can make an MLP fan film anything as good as what Vader:shards of the past was for Star Wars, I can die happy!

I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been confirmed yet that Season 9 is gonna be the last one. This is all based off of the leaks from last year, which isn’t official.

With the huge disappointments that seasons 5-8 were I seriously have my doubts that season 9 will be any good.

God knows. Honestly I think they might pull it off, but…
 
I’m willing to bet that some of it isn’t going to be that good. And by that I mean bellow fans expectations.
 
I really hope they give this show the send off it deserves, I hope they put their hearts and souls into it.
 
I think after so many years even the voice actors and artists are sick of it all.
 
I for one will never get tired of MLP. And will always be a fan.

Season 9’s gonna be a disappointment, isn’t it?
