I think you, (and maybe other people) are looking too into that. Some fans think if Rarity & AJ are in the same episode it counts as “RariJack.”
 
Didn’t dog Spike get his own short recently? Not to mention, he helped save Twilight, and such so he gets some love in EqG.
 
It depends on how the romance is handled as it’s been used in action adventure shows too. Plus MLP has already tackled some romance like Big Mac getting a GF, and Shining & Cadance’s wedding. So the show isn’t against it, it’s just not a huge important factor to the Mane 6 themselves.

Well, I wish I could say that canon is visible, fanon is imaginary and unadaptable into a TV show/feature film without being lambasted into shitloads of “Who cares?” statements.
 
Also, Is romance bad nowadays because they don’t want their precious story to be “ruined” by something that’s not part of the plot? Do romance only work on slice of life rather than other genres?

Um, none of the Mane 6 are lesbian, and Spike’s had some development over the years, and earned his wings. (In fact, fans LOVED him getting wings, unlike Twilight.)
 
I don’t think Faust hates romance, (kinda unfair to assume that, in fact, she is married) she just doesn’t want the show bogged down by it, like most “girlly” cartoons are, and frankly I don’t blame her for that.  
Besides, romance, and ‘shipping shouldn’t be the most important thing about the show. Regardless, you can still ’ship all you want in fanon, so you can ’ship in peace.

No offense, but do you ever say anything positive?
 
While you have a point, that story should come before things “gender-balance-ratio,” it doesn’t hurt to have a few boy characters like Spike in a “girly” show, or more girls in “boy shows,” and such. It doesn’t hurt to change things up sometimes, while still focusing on story.  
That said, I don’t really mind it that MLP:FiM focuses more on the female characters.

So what if girls have a smaller role in shows that are more heavily targeted towards boys and vise versa at least then the creators can focus more on the plot than pushing some stupid narrative. Seriously it’s this kind of thinking that has ruined western animation.

I think they tried to develop him a bit in “Camp Everfree,” as he talked to Sunset a bit, and such. I think overall, they don’t know what to do with him, as no matter what, fans hate him regardless. So it’s kinda too late now.  
And ’ship-teasing him is ironically why some dislike him. Forced ‘shipping doesn’t always work either.

Did you know director/comedian/producer Mel Brooks has been accused of being “anti-semetic,” even though he himself is Jewish? (and a WW2 vetran) Not to mention, his movies/songs frequently mock Hitler/nazis, and even mock anti-semetism in general, basically making racism look stupid. (Like the Spanish Inquesition musical scene in “History of the World.”)

Not a manfacture, there’s both liberal & conservative ones, male & female ones, ect. ect. but I suppose there are better names for them then “SJW,” as the term is getting exhausted, and losing it’s meaning, much like “Mary-Sue.” (Which nowadays means, “Any fictional character I h8!”)

She kinda has a point, though oddly I see a tiny amount of male SJW types actually try to claim MLP:FiM is somehow “sexist” against males regardless, which I don’t understand. As Faust says, the males aren’t treated like idiots, or anything.
