That’s why I think one plausible explanation is that Rarity projected her feelings for Applejack on him when she found him attractive from that first meeting. That would explain why she was moving it along so quickly.
 
And / or she just wanted a fling on the cruise that she could then move on from after the cruise. There’s only so much time on the ship, so she didn’t waste any.

For me that relationship was very forced. I mean. Who the hell gets “in love” to someone who just “knowed” (cause she even didnt know he wasnt talking with his original accent) a few minutes ago? That doesnt make any sence! And the worst of all íts that they didnt even get experiences toguether, its suppose that for a relarionship glows its a slow process, cause its something that take time, knowing, sharing, compromising,the two persons must pass for various moments toguether, pass the dificulties individual as toguether and with that getting more closer than they were before, not this, this isnt love, its bullshit. At least in the episode of rollercoaster of friendship rarity and applejack get a situation that put a prove to they friendship and in the end they getting more closer tan before, for that reason and a clearly evolution in the characters development i saw in that moment a possible couple for that reason cause it was logical. But this its a joke, and i dont know you, but seeing that ragamuffin have a similar appearance as applejack it feels almost like an insult.

I’m just a man who asks that there’s a logic in a story.  
I think the problem that exists in the MLP community is that everyone invents fan fiction.  
some appeal more to hearts than to the logic present in the work.  
which causes conflicts between the various versions.  
So yes I advocate logic rather than heart Because there’s less unlikely truck.

the sparity couple being not possible to Equestria girls Rarity is thus free from its partner.  
The fans of rarijack are weird we offer them a possible couple compared to the show and they are not happy.
