your current filter.Considering that Starlight didn’t know that Twilight and her friends had saved Equestria multiple times, even after stalking her for over a year, I’d say that it isn’t too farfetched to say that Starlight might not know about Celestia.
After Celestia and Luna saved the kingdom from Discord, the two ruled together for some time, Luna became Nightmare Moon and got banished, then Celestia ruled alone for a millennium, absolutely everypony in Equestria should know who Celestia is.
Plus, it’s not like Twilight fused with Tia; she just ascended to the status and power of a lesser deity.
