Apogee clearly knows she helped design it-it's not a secret. Also, Jet's a terrible person if the mare he supposedly loved once and mother of his kid is living in squalor while he's profiting off her work. Her getting pregnant would have had less impact on her life than Jet being a thief and a liar-so Apogee isn't even indirectly the cause and she has even less reason to treat her the way she does.
