You misunderstood.
I meant_*Borderline Personality Disorder_* (what "BPD" stands for), not _*Bipolar disorder_* (which I'm basically certain she doesn't have), and a _*lot_* of traits she has or had lines up with it, certainly much, _*much_* more so than ASPD, which is characterized by no remorse (volatile and intense emotions, _*serious_* abandonment issues, unstable relationships, impulsivity, risk-taking behavior... list goes on).
She did get much better either way, which isn't entirely unrealistic, either.
(And I'm not sure that "mental disability" is the best term in this case, so much as... "mental disorder")
