carrots are good for the eyes but Spinach gives you Popeye strength, I would say give her both for a healthy diet but that’s not a choice so carrots

I’d say carrots because carrots are orange and not green. Spinach and Peas are both green. If we give her spinach, she might think it’s peas and will deny it. It’s something like Classical Conditioning

Can’t stand peas, peas are green, spinach is green, Carrots!
