Microsoft Edge isn’t internet explorer. It’s a different engine entirely and is actively being ported to use Web-kit (Chrome) as their back-end.
 
Internet Explorer in windows 10 is actually powered by Edge but with the legacy components re-added for corporate use. It’s enabled by default but (if you have it) you can uninstall it from the Turn Windows Features on and Off dialogue.
 
Edge, itself, should be safe to use. Not the best, but decent. Just don’t use it and Bing together, unless you want malware.
 
I don’t want to derail this comment thread any further than it has already, so I’m going to leave it at that. You decide for yourself what browser you want.

When it’s not a patreon thing can you send me the link please I’ve checked out the earlier versions of this and they were awesome. Love to be able to try this without becoming a patron because I don’t use patreon.

Second half of my comment was directed at him, not you. If he uses any of the browsers I mentioned, the game will work, regardless of extensions/plugin combinations. That is a definite fact.
 
And since you bring it up, please, please do not use Internet Explorer. It hasn’t been updated in years, is past end of life with Microsoft (just like XP, and Windows 7), and as of April 2019 poses a significant security risk to any machine with it installed, regardless of Windows version.

And yes, it’s HTML5. It should work on any browser that’s been updated in the last 5 years. I’d recommend either Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.

This is a real game, and it’s a fun game, and it’s a free game. The guy’s still updating it and adding content, which is great! To play the latest version, he asks you to spare him some cash.
