I’m hoping it’s just a new G5. I love MLP but FIM has been going on for far too long, and I’d hate for the new generation to be just FIM 2.0. I love the Mane 6, have been there since the beginning (yes, even 2010) but it’s time to move on.
 
The new Littlest Pet Shop is a great representative of this. I’d say it’s even better than the old one, and accordingly G5 will be animated and written by most of the same crew instead of DHX. I’m kinda hyped, but only if they bring something new to the table.

I mean, MLP definitely ain’t ending.  
Like, whether you believe the leaks or not is irrelevant on that idea, Hasbro announced they see S9 as just the beginning.  
The debate is whether that beginning is a wider G4, or a new G5.  
But dont worry, MLP is not ending for a long, long time.

At least MLP will end on a high note.
 
Nickelodeon will probably milk Loud House to death, like they did to Rugrats and Spongebob.

except there’s nothing actually implying that. it’s just a screenshot searching if the show is gay and finding that the character apparently is, and all I’m getting from that is that they think being gay is a mark against a character. I could be wrong but there’s nothing in their post indicating otherwise.

Man, fuck Lionsgate. There is no excuse for how they handled the movie. The only consolation is that apparently, Hasbro was so pissed they revoked Lionsgate that they revoked their place with Allspark entertainment and gave it to Paramount. At least it cost Lionsgate.  
But yeah, it does explain why Chevistan got stuff wrong. I just wonder why Hasbro didnt renew his license? Like, I cant think of a reason, and if there was no reason, why do it?

Also, I love 2D as much as I love CGI as well too. I am just disappointed that Lionsgate’s release practices (starting with the MLP movie) killed the possibility of Digital 3D + 2D Animation, that everyone will hate CGI when the new MLP or SpongeBob movie will be CGI.

Besides, disliking people like Savino or Kriflauscki (idk how it’s spelled) for sexual shit is more valid than bashing Masashi Kishimoto or Sui Ishida for canonizing a ship they don’t like, or one of my friends bashing Shoji Yonemura or Kento Shimoyama for making shows like Kamen Rider or Super Sentai be bad or worse, people bashing Kim Beyer-Johnson or Josh Haber for writing something they don’t like.

Fuck Chris Savino, but in all fairness Ren and Stimpy, Catscratch, Clarence, Miraculous, FOP/Danny Phantom, and Gumball all had shitty creators too. Not much of a gotcha really since people still love those shows.

But guess who wasn’t run by a creeper known for assault in the past? This incident shows a ton of red flags.

I love LPS, and it really sucks it has taken such a backseat. Heck, even McCarthy is disappointed, it is apparently her favorite show aside from MLP. As for Chevistan, I dont hold much stock in that assessment. He no longer works with Hasbro anymore, so it is speculation at this point. He could very well be right, but Hasbro considers the show on hiatus at the moment.  
I never considered a crossover with EQG though, I would love that!
