Camp A isn’t always Camp B, and the idea that they are always the same isn’t very well thought out.

Why people like redemtions when they don’t get any but complain about too much redemptions when this are given?
 
Chrysalis starved her own people just to manipulate them, Tirek was off to destroy everything without a care and Cozy is a psycho with no empathy for no one.
 
Is not just the fact that they did horrible things, but they didn’t even regret anything but being beaten ad being at the ponies’ mercy. Except Chrysalis, who still kept her belligerent attitude.

@Red-Supernova I think that Discord will probably still have a bit of mischief, only for good intentions. Cozy Glow can be redeemed if she wants to be. Tirek is a shell of his former self and will be for a while. Chrysalis though, she’ll never learn. I guess she’ll be consumed by rage and bitterness all her life.

I’ve already made my own possible headcanon for their redemption but I think that would make a good use of their time petrified before Twilight and the others decide to let them out.

YES. Its cool that he wanted to intentionally help reform the villain trio but goddamn, things would have been so much less stressful if he had just TOLD Twilight and the others. And “for the sake of chaos” is no excuse!  
In my headcanon, Discord doesn’t get away scot free from all of this.

Personally, I think they should be released but have their powers repossessed as part of their crimes against Equestria until they finally accept the magic of friendship. And there are plenty of creatures in Equestria who would willing to help them.

In my headcanon continuity, I have Chrysalis finally learning to accept friendship. But if what you said is true, maybe Chrysalis finally got what she wanted. :( I would still feel sympathetic for her regardless.

Yeah, it’s all or nothing with these three, and it looks like Chrysalis ruined it for Cozy and Tirek.

I mean Twi gets genuinely upset when Rockhoof wants to turn himself to stone, so it must be a pretty bad punishment in Equestria. Only for the worst of villains. I don’t think the three of them deserved anything worse than Tartarus. Sombra is different from them.

If there’s anything about redemption, you can’t force it. Which is why they gone with that route.

I actually like that these 3 got stoned together. They tried to conquer equestria together, and they were defeated together. They were in this together since the beginning of season 9, so I think the punishment was appropriate. Its certeinly better then them getting reformed, they had their chances, even in frenemies, but they did what they did.

They could have easily been the Team Rocket of the show. We see TR straight up point guns at Ash and co., steal Pokemon and items from trainers, and even hold a hospital hostage where there are injured and dying Pokemon. Yet they are still redeemed and come back to fight Ash every week. It could have easily worked. This is just cruel for a kid’s show.

Yes, THIS! Thank you! While it kind of sucks because I really adore Chrysalis, there really wasn’t another way to deal with her, or them..

About the three reforming; It was never going to happen, and I don’t really understand why people thought it would happen. Just because they learned working together is a good idea and they’ve made real bonds with eachother, doesn’t mean they are ready to instantly bury the hatchet and stop hostility with their mortal enemies.
 
-Chrysalis would never accept becoming a “Pony Puppet” like how she probably perceives the rest of her hive to have become, it would be completely out of character to bow before Twilight and make amends just because she’s finally understood how powerful friendship is. They’ve taken everything from her, over and over again, and at this point, anything they could offer her short of giving her throne back to her and transferring half of Equestria to her administration would not be enough for her.  
-Tirek’s entire thing is absorbing magic to become more powerful. For him to stop fighting ponies would be to accept living out the rest of his life as a frail small centaur with no purpose. Obviously, he wouldn’t be able to accept this no matter what ponies promised him. It’s just not feasible without him being the clear loser of the situation.  
-Cozy Glow is a deranged maniac who has never shown a shred of empathy or remorse towards anything she’s done, ever, from the first episode she’s been in to the last, and she has had no higher purpose for anything she’s done other than power for power’s sake. I actually am really starting to suspect she’s an actual sociopath (And thus is actually unable to feel empathy or remorse). That is not even mentioning how much of a local threat she could be if allowed to roam free without fixing these innate unsolvable issues. Just because she’s a filly doesn’t mean she’s capable of the turn-around that would be needed for her to fit in normal society without disrupting it.

well the happy ending I am doing starting with my latest upload is still following their fate in this vid but I have my OC to keep them company, talk to them, comfort them, and protect them over their thousand year sentence. I still have hope for them and nothing will make me lose that hope

See that’s just it. They had a chance for a happy ending and said fuck you we are evil to the core. They didn’t want the happy ending the good guys wanted. They didn’t wanna live in harmony. They wanted absolute chaos and power. Those are the kinds of villains you kill.

Tierk, queen chrysalis and Cozy didn’t want to change at all. So they are lucky they were only sealed in stone forever because if it were me? I’d toss that statue into the dark void of space or into a Volcano in the dragon lands to ENSURE they never came back to harm the ENTIRE PLANET again
