When a fire burns, you put it out, you don’t stop anyone who tries to put it out while arguing the fires right to destroy everything and kill us all.
They are highly intelligent and arguably more mature than many adults.
They were fully cognizant of their actions and made conscious choices on courses of action that met with the approval of their own morals.
Their actions were pre-meditated in advance.
They constantly put everyone around them in danger, often mortal danger.
They tried to take over the world twice.
If she’s old enough to try to conquer/kill everyone twice, then she is old enough for the consequences, and anyone who wishes to protect them are as dangerous if not more so than the character in question
