but I dont think I know exactly how to sketch anatomy.  
I just remember a basic sketch I saw somethere, and only that I use cause thats the only one I know.  
and it only useful for a stand pose, no for other poses.  
I could search how to sketch anatomy…  
but there is a lot of crappy tutorials around the web, 90% of my results would be bad.  
I have school also, so at least I need the ultimate tutorial, cause Im not able to learn such many useless techniques with all of the pressure.

Try slowing down and going for precision. You do draw a lot, but most of it seems to be speed work. Also, how many human bodies do you draw? You can’t expect to be great at something you never do.

You don’t know how many I practice.  
I practice a lot, 70% of each of my days is drawing activity
