In other words, Spike is into polygamy. I’m fine with both ships and this is coming from a fan who use to despise any ship that stood in the way of Sparity. This a fine idea of a threeway ship, I thought something like this would never happen, but since the writers don’t care to make it clear what confirm and what isn’t it headcanons to the rescue.

The episode didn’t confirm or sink any ships, Rarity and Gabby both agreed to share Spike at the end of the episode.

Not really a point if it based solely on opinions. Not to say that opinion is not wrong, but that it has not connected to the truth, so no point is made. You all can have any interpretation of the episode, but what you can’t deny is that the episode ended with Spike choosing both. Whether both as just friends or both as more, that really doesn’t matter to the writers nor does it matter to the episode.
 
So no, OP has a point would not count.

To be honest, the show should’ve stopped at Season 7, having the movie be the final hurrah. Seasons 8 and 9 just weren’t as good as the others overall. I mean, there are good episodes in both, some I legit enjoy. However, the overall state of the seasons is poor and feels a tad bit rushed

Ok, I’m gonna stop this right here because I’m tired of having to work with the wonky messed up continuity of this show. I mean, there are so many continuity errors that it’s impossible to get a 100% accurate depiction of a character’s powers.

Also in the time travel episode, it was shown that one of the reason Rarity didn’t live up to the future she wanted was because she kicked the massive boulder ten times her own size that held her destiny off a cliff. A reminder this larger bolder was filled with hundreds of much heavier gems and she still knocked it down quite easily.

Call it crazy or not, but she is never once out of breath, and all without even using her magical horn.
 
As for finding the exact weight. That would require rewatching everyone of Rarity’s episodes because it’s something she does very often. This is a mare who can little about actually labor and often relies solely on her horn to do most if not all the work.

Show me where she moved objects twice the size AND WEIGHT of a griffon. Also, how fast was Rainbow going when she stopped her? It’s kinda easy to stop something that isn’t going fast yet.

Drain them, drain them? Rarity has been shown to lift objects easily three times a griffins size and not breaking a sweat. You just want so desperately to be right on this. She was able to stop Rainbow Dash one time while she was going at full speed, you know the pony that can literally create rainbooms and fifty high mushroom cloud explosions. Rarity might not be the strongest unicorn out there, but you assume the this is a fight of endurance totally forgetting that out of all the main six Rarity was shown to hold a magical grip for a full day.
 
There is no way a griffin is beating Rarity in a battle of endurance.

No, usually brains would beat bronze, but there has to be power behind the brains. Yes, a unicorn can fight powerfull enemies, but it would drain them. I believe that Rarity would be too drained before she could knock down Gabby enough to finish her.

So your logic is bronze over brains, wow, like I’ve never heard that argument before. Also, you left out Rarity’s twisted tendencies, she was willing to take five teen dragons one time even while by herself and the fact even low-level unicorns can defeat stronger opponents than griffins.

Let’s see:
 
Rarity isn’t that physically strong, but somewhat cunning. She can do spells, but they’re very limited. Using strong spells weakens her.
 
Gabby is quicker and physically stronger, being a griffon. She also has the height advantage being a flyer. She isn’t as cunning, but her speed and strength make up for it.
 
I believe that in an actual fight, Gabby could win. (This is assuming that they don’t use any outside power like the Elements of Harmony)

No, Rarity was told that Spike had plans, by him, it just she just overdramatically assumed that he was dodging her. She always been overdramatic. The ending shows he wasn’t dodging her at all and just needed time to figure out when he could have rarity time again.
 
Is everyone just ignoring the final scene to make their ship work, because I could actually see both ships being canon?
