As a filly, she very nearly committed manslaughter (Or would it be “mareslaughter”?) by knocking Fluttershy- who could barely fly at the time- off a cloud. If it weren’t for a bunch of butterflies bunched up together in the right place at the right time, the yellow pegasus would’ve become a red splatter on the ground.
 
Also, as an adult, she tried to sell Fluttershy into slavery before realizing that a pony she’s supposedly been close friends with for her entire life is worth more than a book.
 
I dunno how punishable these two “almosts” are, but she should at least get a proverbial slap on the wrist and a stern talking-to.
