Like, forbidden magic, dimensional breaches, mind control, illegal summoning of cheese products in the course of trying to prove she shouldn’t have to pay a parking ticket.
Of course the inmates do not suceede on their first attempt, and wind up trying many many times, before pulling it off XD. (each failure was caused by something Trixie said or did)

They do that anyway with jumpsuits, prisons in Equestria suck, it’s like everywhere else is a clothing optional resort where you’re free as a bird, but when you step into their penitentiaries your forced to wear clothes, Celestia might encase you in stone or send you to moon, or you get locked in a tiny cage in Tartarus depreived of food, water, exercise, and social interaction for the next 1000 years.
She argued that stripping her naked qualifies as cruel and unusual punishment.
