Yes, that’s true. Since we had CMC-focused episodes in FiM, it would be interesting to have EqG-focused episodes in PL.
While it may be a terrible idea, it would have killed two birds with one stone. They won’t need to have two simultaneous series.

No please no! Let’s hope that Equestria Girls Season-3 will be the same as the rest of the previous EQG, then after a proper ending, i would be ok with an EQG-Life show.
What if Season 3 is based on Pony Life?

They already had Fluttershy be Celestia twice on the show, i suppose it was only a mater of time before they did it with the toys.
Since the packaging is going to have the Pony Life ones this is no continuation of the Digital Series
If they were going to reuse molds, at least they should have used rarity’s one in celestia smh

And Celestia re-uses Starlight’s mold. Meanwhile, RD’s mold is re-used by DJ Pon-3 and retooled into AJ.
I admit at first I thought Sunset had gotten a radical makeover.
