Neapolitan is the only child of Celestia and Donut Jo. Neapolitan is aware of his relation to Celestia, but he wishes he wasn’t, he doesn’t feel worthy of being related to such an important figure in Equestria’s history.  
Neapolitan’s talent lies in making icecream, he works with his father at his bakery, making icecream for deserts that his father sells.
 
Neapolitan is close with his father, but is much too shy to make friends with anyone else.
