Chrysalis’ glare threatened to ignite the air between the two heroes. “Well pardon an experienced hero for trying to provide some wisdom to a hero barely out of her tweens. You’re just * enthusiastic*, eh? What, was your OnlyFans account losing subscribers and you decided to bulk up the numbers with a bit of property destruction on the side?”

Floor creaking under her weight, Cadance snarled and took one threatening step towards her interview-partner-turned-opponent. “Try me, granny.”

“Any time you think you’re ready, ‘Mount-me Lady’,” Chrysalis hissed.

“Uh- Miss Cadenza… M-ms. Chrysalis… Uh, perhaps you’d like to talk about this some other time? Or a- at least… outside?” Hot Scoop stammered, shooting a nervous glance up at the cracks forming in his studio ceiling as Cadence’s horned head bumped against it. In a few seconds, the two heroes were going to take this outside no matter what. Whether the studio survived the transition was another matter entirely. Hot Scoop quietly donned his helmet, crawled under his desk as the argument got into full swing. Well, at least no matter what the ratings were going to be, er, ‘through the roof’…
