Thou dost not need to fear. When you use do or does like that, the verb itself stays in its base form. And second person uses the -est ending, not -eth, anyway.
 
Consider “He needs not” versus “He does not need”. Similarly, it’s “Thou needest not” versus “Thou dost not need”.
